Shvil Me-HaTzadA practical Jewish spiritual pathway
You are not your struggle. You are not ruined. You do not have to carry it alone.
You are not alone. We are breathing this together.

No labels. No pretending.
For Jewish men who know that something needs to change—but may not yet know where or how to begin.
A private struggle carried by countless Jewish men—spoken about here directly, with dignity and discretion.
When the familiar reach for relief has become a habit that feels stronger than your will.
When drinking has become something you rely on to cope—whether openly or privately—and it begins to feel as though alcohol is controlling you.
When escape, calm or intensity slowly begins taking more space than you ever intended.
Compulsive or emotional eating, and the feeling that your relationship with food is controlling you.
What sits underneath
Often, the behaviour is a survival strategy—an attempt to answer an inner story such as “I am small,” “I am lost,” “I do not belong,” or “I am worthless.”
The strategy may offer temporary relief. It cannot permanently fill the space, because the painful story beneath it was never the truth.

Shvil Me-HaTzad · שביל מהצד
There is no single technique and no rigid formula. Every crossroad can reveal another part of the way. Shvil Me-HaTzad brings together spiritual and practical tools that have transformed my own life—and that I have used over many years while working with many people, B’H, with meaningful and remarkable results.
Bring into the light what is truly happening beneath the outward struggle.
Work through the fears, inner stories and blockages that keep the survival strategy in place.
Build a life of presence, רצון, practical structure, Tefillah and relationship with Hashem.
“Freedom is living with Hashem, right here and right now.”
Ways to walk together
A personal Path shaped around you—not simply around the outward behaviour you want to change.
We begin by understanding where you are now and creating a clear shared outcome: where do you truly want to go? Together, we look beneath the presenting struggle to understand what it may have been helping you survive, avoid or manage.
Removing the outward behaviour without understanding its deeper purpose may leave the real need untouched. Our work therefore focuses on what lies at the core and what is standing between you and the life you want to live.
The process is structured but individually paced. Depending on what is needed, it may include Breathwork, Avodas HaRatzon, Personal Tefillah, Structure and Schedule, and Deeper Inner Releases—always working towards integration in everyday life.
Phone · Face-to-face in Beit Shemesh · ZoomI’m interested…A focused six-week journey with a clear beginning, a purposeful process and a defined completion.
Participants may arrive with different outward struggles, but the deeper work is shared. Each person applies the teaching and practical work to his own life, patterns and personal Path.
We meet once a week. Each gathering begins by becoming present together and may include Breathwork, Avodas HaRatzon, Personal Tefillah, practical structure, guided inner work, gratitude and honest check-ins.
This is not intended to become another lifelong identity or dependency. The purpose is to help each person understand what lies beneath his struggle, reconnect with who he truly is, and move towards greater freedom with Hashem.

My story
From the outside, my life looked like a good and ordinary heimishe life. And in many ways, it was. But beneath that picture, I carried a hidden inner struggle that almost nobody could see.
There was no single cure. At every crossroad, Hashem showed me another pathway and gave me another part of the picture.
